Lather & Lotions – Soap Making Giveaway!

By Kim Layton 173 Comments

HB-CS2 (1)

I know many of you are super crafty girls that dabble in every kind of craft imaginable…me too!  Over the years I’ve enjoyed making handmade soap for myself and as gifts for my family.  When my kids were small {insert big sigh here} they always liked making clear soap with little plastic toys inside for fun in the tub. {A great summer project idea!}

I have a little box of soap making supplies that I bring out now and then to whip up a few.  It’s such a rewarding craft because it doesn’t take much time or patience…that REALLY works for me…ha!

Lather and Lotions has been a sponsor of Everything Etsy for a long time and I always like to stop by her shop and see what’s new.  She has the coolest soap supplies EVER!  If you follow me on Pinterest you know I love craft supplies!

Lather & Lotions has beautiful fragrance oils like this blood orange scent…oh my!  That’s not your ordinary fragrance oil for sure!

All orders are shipped out within 24 hours to make sure customers get the supplies they need super fast.   That’s perfect for those last minute gifts or upcoming craft shows.

There’s a fabulous selection of soap for sensitive skin from Olive Oil to Aloe.  Christine shared how to make these little handmade goat soaps on our blog last year…too cute!

flowering soap mold

Christine and her daughter, Rachel, just expanded and opened Soap Mold Works with a million, billion {well, maybe not that many} cool soap molds!  You won’t believe the selection, and they can help you with all your soap making questions!  Ask away because they don’t mind helping you out.  They’re super smart like that!

One lucky Everything Etsy reader will win a $50 gift certificate to use on either site.  This is a fun giveaway!

Here’s how to enter…

  • Visit Lather and Lotions or Soap Mold Works  and leave me a comment including your favorite item…or two. {1 entry}
  • Spread the word of this fun giveaway by Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest or blog post. {1 entry each}
  • Follow Lather & Lotions on Twitter or Facebook to keep up with specials. {1 entry each}
  • If you subscribe to Everything Etsy, follow me on Twitter, or Like us on Facebook…you rock! :) {1 entry each}

***This giveaway has ended.  Thanks so much for all your entries!  Congratulations to Mandi!

~Kim

    Great web page! I just placed my first order with lather and lotions over the weekend. I can’t wait to get my supplies and start making soap. We are opening a brick and mortar store in Ohio and I wanted to have soap for sale. Decided to give soap making a try and I loved her website. Her pictures on Flikr really inspired me too!
