7-Great-Craft-Spaces

Take a look at these inspirational spaces…

craft room - vintage

I always enjoy great craft spaces and this one makes my heart go all pitter patter for sure!  That vintage sewing machine and the bright colors work for me!

I love how you can see all the pretty craft supplies in this space!  This room could make anyone feel creative.

Pretty…I love the whole built-in look here!

This is simple and beautiful! It looks like an easy design to accomplish on a small budget.

Fancy…don’t you think? It looks like a kitchen design {is that good or bad?} and there’s no lack of storage space going on here…ya gotta love that.  I have a room painted this lovely yellow already.

I’ve seen this room in the past and it always gets my attention.  The desk is such a great design and it looks easy to build in a jiffy.

This is a great way to use a small space and make it fabulous!

I am not responsible for you running out to the store today and loading your car with pretty things for your craft space…just sayin’!

Which one is your favorite?? I wish I could have a few…ha!

Love those selections. Very nice, especially the 4th one down. I’ll be looking to do something similar near the end of this year. Thanks for the inspiration.

I like the first a lot. I love seeing craft rooms because it gives me inspiration for my own. I am still trying to perfect it.

Any craft room with lots of natural light pouring in is instantly a favourite.

Those are puuuurty! I wish my space was dreamy like that. Don’t get me wrong, I have a fabulous studio but it would be even dreamier if I had a bigger one and a cleaner one! I like the kitchen design. So often I wish I had a sink in here!

So pretty, and gives me a boost to get spring cleaning into full gear! I wish my space could stay that clean. And a kitchen craft space?? Amazing!!! That is so convenient, with the sink right there. So fun looking to see that.

This is inspiring – I need to make time to organize and beautify my craft space. The main idea I get from these is that the best thing to put on my empty walls is open shelves. It’s hard to pick a favorite but I like the roominess of the second one and the second to last.

A mix of the first and second space would be ideal. I love the idea of the table in the center. A great place to craft with little ones. I also LOVE the bright colors. They reallly get the creativity flowing.:)

I love the Kitchen design! It is perfect when you have so many craft projects. You don’t have to pack everything up when you are in the middle of your project. In this case you can pick up where you left off the next day. Oh did you see the Washer and Dryer?? And Sink?? That is perfect, I love the smell of fabric softener, lol. The sink provides easy clean up of snacks…always have to have snacks and tea when Scrapbooking, Sewing, Knitting, Crocheting, Jewelry Making, Cross Stitching and so much more.

Thank you for sharing, very inspiring, now off to organize my shelves!

Yellow is not my favorite color, however, I LOVE this yellow. I have a kitchenette in my studio. Hmmmmm This is so nice! I love the idea that I could put all my extra “stuff” away.

How did you get a picture of my quilt studio on your blog? Just kidding. I like all of them. They are all so cheerful, bright and well organized. Do people actually work in these studios; they look so perfect!
    Thanks for the inspiration, Kim.

These are all fantastic space! Perfect timing I am redoing my studio now. It has been a long project (all week) but a labor of love. I choose to do a built in desk with supplies from our local home improvement store.
    The desks featured in
    pic #4 and
pic #6 – can be purchased at Ikea! (one of my favorites!)

Love them all but my very favorite is the built in cabinets in white with the bold striped chairs. I’m usually not a fan of white but it’s perfect for a craft room. Lots of light.
