Creative Workspace Inspiration

By Kim Layton 8 Comments

my crafty space @EverythingEtsy

I’m always looking for a little creative inspiration!  Seeing where other crafty people create helps me find new storage solutions {like I ALWAYS need} and crafty ways of decorating with my supplies.  Can you ever have too much inspiration??? I don’t think so!

This is my desk.  I enjoy being surrounded by all my craft books and colorful supplies.  I actually don’t sit at my desk all the time because I’m a “moving crafter” for sure.  I take whatever I’m working with me to the living room or the dining room table…even outside!  Do you stay in one spot?

I’m working on a few {translate to a basket full} more pom poms this weekend to use up some pretty yarn.  I think I’ll add them to all my gifts for the next year…kinda like the “Year of the Pom Pom”…well enough about me.

Here are a few other creative spaces to enjoy…

Beautiful inspiration…for sure!

Maybe one day I can have a huge inspiring space to hang out with all my crafty friends and create…

Beautiful Colorful Space

like this bright and colorful space …I want it!!

I could be just a teeny tiny bit obsessed with creative spaces since I have over 500 pins on my Craft Space Pinterest Board…ha!

I hope you all are having a fabulous weekend and get to do something creative.  I’m hoping to learn a little graphic design stuff this weekend…wish me luck! 🙂  If that doesn’t work out I’ll just make more pom poms…I can handle that.

Do you have any special crafty plans this weekend?

~Kim

I just love these! Especially the last two–the cool aquas and the work clipped on the wall. These are inspiring and remind me that I need to work on my own workspace!

I sell digital designs and today I’ve been working on Halloween party invitations. Tomorrow I’m starting my 10-Day Halloween Invitation Challenge. I’m posting a new Halloween invitation design each day for the next 10 days. I’m inviting anyone to comment. Each time someone comments, they’re placed in a drawing to win a free Halloween invitation of their choice! http://www.ballerinarosedesigns.com

Thanks for the craft space inspiration!

I am always on the move. I lose so many supplies that way! Great inspiration. Thank you!

These spaces are very pretty…and way too small & “magazine” perfect. Looks like they really dont do anything very messy..??!?

I can imagine you have a ton of supplies to organize! It must be hard…good luck with that! Maybe you should just look through the pretty photos on my Pinterest page and relax with a cup of coffee…research is always good. 🙂

      Have a great day!
