Rules and Eligibility Requirements for EverythingEtsy Facebook Sweepstakes

One winner will be randomly selected from the qualified comments and/or likes (not all sweepstakes include a “like to enter” option, some require a comment and/or a photo comment, or other action as stated in the FB post)
Qualified entries include all entries by real persons using their primary FB account. FB accounts and entries that appear in the sole discretion of the sweepstakes administrator to be established or used in any way to provide a method for multiple entries into the sweepstakes will be disqualified. Maximum entries per individual person or other entity are described in the FB post for the sweepstakes. (ie, one entry for a comment, another entry for an additional comment with a photo, maximum two entries)
Prizes are described in the FB post and will be provided to the winner in the manner decided by the sweepstakes administrator. For physical items, US shipping costs are included in the prize, but international costs must be paid by the winner and international addresses are limited to those deliverable by the United States Postal Service using regular methods. Electronic prizes such as gift card codes will be provided electronically.
Given the global nature of the Internet and the wide assortment of local laws regarding sweepstakes, it is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that they are in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws or the international equivalent in their location and/or place of residence. Niether EverythingEtsy.com, Crazy Tree Media, Inc., nor the persons administering this sweepstakes makes any claims or representations as to the rules governing your participation in the sweepstakes.
No purchase is necessary to win. No action or affiliation of any kind is necessary to win with the sole exception of the “on facebook” actions described in the sweepstakes announcement post on FB.
Applicants agree to release sweepstakes administrators and sponsors from any and all liability that may arise as a result of your voluntary participation in this promotion.
