My mother ordered me a necklace for my girlfriend for her birthday, which was July 16th and I paid for it myself. When it finally arrived, rather than having both of our names on it as it was supposed to, it only had hers, so we did just what the insert said and requested a new one with the right information. However, rather than getting a new one, I’ve been waiting for almost two months for it to come and I feel terrible because for all my girlfriend knows, I didn’t get her anything.
I was also told it would be here first thing last week, which also did not happen and I have been thoroughly unamused with this entire experience to say the least.
My experience mirrors the previous poster. My necklace came with only one name. Kayla (the owner) was alerted to this, September rolls around, I email for an update and was told “I’ve mailed it and you’ll have it in hand this week.” here we are, over a week later, nothing received, no refund has been obtained, but I have asked multiple times. I would not recommend this seller, nor GroopDealz, as this has been my only encounter with the site.
I rec’d this groupdealz and I’m not happy with it. You can’t even see the letters….help! I don’t need it until the end of January so I’m not in a big rush…..yet. thanks!
I wish I would of saw these reviews before I ordered two from this supplier. I just received in two necklaces one for my daughter & one for me for Christmas. Both are wrong! Only one name on each and you can’t even read the name! Very disappointed! I wanted something custom & special for my daughter who is only 8 years old. She would of loved this!!! Now what!!!

This makes me sad. 🙁 I’ve ordered several things from this seller and they’ve turned out great. I’m sure if you contact Groopdealz, they will be more than happy to get your orders fixed, or give you a refund.
Really wish I had seen this before I ordered and also lost all my money.
